Shuraako Capital Loan Application Portal

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Shuraako Capital Loan Application Portal ("Portal"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Portal.
2. Eligibility
Use of the Portal is limited to individuals or entities that meet Shuraako Capital's loan eligibility criteria. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval or funding.
3. Application Process
Applicants must provide accurate, complete, and current information through the Portal. Misrepresentation may result in disqualification. Shuraako Capital reserves the right to verify all submitted information and to request additional documentation.
4. Privacy and Data Use
By submitting information through the Portal, you acknowledge and agree that Shuraako Capital may collect, store, and use the data you provide—including personal, financial, and business information—for the purpose of evaluating and processing your loan application. Shuraako Capital will take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access or disclosure. However, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and you use the Portal at your own risk.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Portal, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Shuraako Capital or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Portal for any unlawful purpose;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Portal or its systems;
- Interfere with the operation of the Portal or its security features.

The Portal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Shuraako Capital does not guarantee that the Portal will be error-free or uninterrupted. Use of the Portal is at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shuraako Capital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Portal or reliance on any information provided therein.
9. Modifications
Shuraako Capital reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Portal after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
